Article Summary

The User Logins screen is where you can view existing Users or add new ones. You can click either the first or last name of the person you wish to view the user record for. This is where you can also change/reset user passwords if someone forgets their password. You can type in the Search box to find a specific user.

To add a new User, just click the Add button at the top right.


Then choose the User that should already be in your system whether its a Staff or Student. Assign the user a Username, this is a required field, and then set a password for the user to use. Click Save when you're done to ensure the user account is added.

If you want to change a User's password, just click on either their first or last name on the User Logins screen which will bring you to the screen you see below. From here you can change both the Username and the Password. Once you're done just click Save to ensure the password is changed. From here just confirm the user can login.
