The Ticket Type Categories screen is where you can view existing ticket type categories or add new ones. You can click the Ticket Type Category on this screen to edit it.
To add a new Ticket Type Category, just click the Add button at the top right.
Type the name of what the Ticket Type Category will be in the Name field. Once you've done this be sure to click Save to save the new Ticket Type Category.
