Tickets Standard Reports

To run Ticket Standard Reports, go to Reports > Standard Reports > Tickets.

Standard Reports for tickets

• Tickets by Site: Displays tickets by site.

• Tickets by Type: Displays tickets by type.

• Tickets by Technician: Displays tickets by technician.

• Open Tickets: Displays tickets with a status other than 'Closed'.

• Closed Tickets: Displays tickets with a 'Closed' status.

• Ticket Status Counts by Site:  

Select the report you want to print, then choose any field values to narrow down the information you’d like included. Click , and once it’s created, select the Excel file at the top of the screen to open it.
