The Ticket Status screen is where you can view existing ticket status's or add new ones. You can click the Ticket Status on this screen to edit it.
To add a new Ticket Status, just click the Add button at the top right.
Type the Short Name of what the Ticket Status will be and add a description if necessary (description will not show to users). Choose whether the Ticket Status is considered Active or Inactive by selecting that option in the System Status field. Once you've done this be sure to click Save to save the new Ticket Status.
