Pools

To access the Asset Pools screen go to Settings > Assets > Pools.

The Asset Pool screen is where you can view all pools.  To add a new Pool, just click the button at the top right.

Then type the Asset Pool such as Student, Chromebook, etc., and add a description, if necessary.  Click the button to ensure all data is saved.

To edit an asset pool record, select a record by either clicking the asset pool name hyperlink or by clicking the edit icon located under the Actions column on the far right.

You can now change the Short name or Description in the Asset Pool record.  Once you have made your changes, click the button to ensure all data is saved.
