FTP Staff

The Staff FTP will import file that is located on the SFTP server.  The file name needs to have the word "staff" in the name in order for the import to recognize the file as the student import (i.e. new_staff_import.csv (all lower case).  The file has to be in the same order as the field mappings located in the Import Settings.

Once your FTP site has been configured with your site information, connect to the site and paste your file under the remote site side.  

 A message should display that file has transferred to FTP site.  

In One to One Plus, the file will be automatically imported and a submitted message will display

If issues are found, you can click on the link to display the log file to see what the problem is with the records within the file.  

Once the import has finished, it will display the number of records created, update or unchanged.
