Article summary

The Email All button on the Manage Assets page allows you to send batch emails for all active assigned assets. This feature is available exclusively to Admin users and must be enabled by Support before use.  

After clicking the button, a message will appear informing you that the email job will be queued, with only one job allowed every 24 hours. Click OK to queue and send the job.  

Only one email job can be submitted within a 24-hour period. If you attempt to click the button again during this time, the message below will appear.   

The email will include a PDF attachment with the asset details, which will also be displayed in the body of the message.
