Article summary

To edit a staff record, simply click the Edit icon on the right side of the screen as shown below or click on the staff ID hyperlink.

Once you have made your changes, click on the  button located at the top right or the bottom left side of the screen.

*If you are editing fields under the System Information area, such as Restrict to Sites, Restrict to Asset Groups, Restrict to Ticket Categories the user will need to log out of One to One Plus and log back in to see the new changes.
