The Tickets tab located under Dashboard is where you can view and drill down to specific information. Each chart displays the number of tickets that are assigned to a particular technician, queue, site, status, type, or closure type. If you click on a section of the chart, it will drill down to the list of tickets that based on the chart filter. The system will save and return you back to the last tab you visited.
If you click on the section, it will drill down to the list of tickets for that specific filter. In this example, we drilled down on one particular technician.
The column header may need to be activated by clicking on the Columns button above the headers and placing a check mark by the filter name.
Charts may also be exported into various different formats by clicking on the icon in upper corner of the chart. Then select the format in which you would like to export. This will be saved to your downloads folder.
Each chart card offers icons to do various things. There is a refresh icon to refresh the one particular chart. You can also set an auto refresh for every 10 minutes for the entire dashboard. The setting is kept in the Settings - System area. The gear icon allows you to select the type of chart to view. The filter icon will allow you to filter the data for the specific chart. You can also expand each chart for better view.
