Assets

The Assets tab, located under the Dashboard, provides an interactive overview of your assets. Each chart displays asset counts categorized by type, site, status, and other filters. Clicking on any section of a chart allows you to drill down into a detailed list of assets matching that specific filter. The system also remembers your navigation history, returning you to the last tab you visited.

Clicking on a chart section drills down to a list of assets that match the selected filter. In the example shown, we've drilled down to view the details of a specific asset type.

To display the column header, you may need to activate it by clicking the Columns button above the table and checking the box next to the desired column name.

Charts can be exported in a variety of formats by clicking the export icon in the upper corner of the chart. Simply choose your preferred format, and the file will be saved to your Downloads folder..  

Each chart card includes several icons that provide useful functionality. The refresh icon allows you to update an individual chart, while an auto-refresh option—set to refresh every 10 minutes—is available for the entire dashboard through Settings > System. The gear icon lets you choose the chart type, and the filter icon enables you to apply specific filters to the chart’s data. Additionally, each chart can be expanded for a more detailed view.
