Closure Types

The Ticket Closure Types screen is where you can view existing ticket closure types or add new ones. To edit a closure type record, simply click the Edit icon on the right side of the screen as shown below or click on the closure type hyperlink.

To add a new Ticket Closure Type, just click the button at the top right.

Type the name of what the Ticket Closure Type will be in the Short Name field and add a Description if necessary. You can add Default Closure Notes that will auto populate when this closure type is selected. Once you've done this be sure to click to save the new Ticket Closure Type.
