      The Bulk Update Tickets screen is designed to allow you to bulk update help desk tickets and close multiple tickets at one time.

      Copy and paste the ticket ID's into the respective box and choose any of the fields available to update the selected tickets with those fields. Click the Submit button and it will update the selected tickets.
