Asset Quick Exports

To run a Quick Export, go to Reports>Quick Exports> then click to expand which section of exports you want.

Click any export you want and it will download at the bottom of the screen and you can open it from there.

Quick Exports for Assets

• Students Without a Device by Site: Displays active students that are not assigned and do not hold a device ordered by student site, student grade and student last name.
• Assets Assigned to Students by Site: Displays Chromebooks, Laptops, Tablets, or iPads assigned to active students, ordered by student site and student external id.
• Assets Including Assigned To/Held By Users: Displays assets including last assignment date and assignee information.
• Students With No Device Assigned: Displays students that currently do not have a device assigned to them.
• Students Currently Without a Device: Displays students that are assigned a device, but they currently are not holding a device.
• Staff Currently Without a Device: Displays staff members that are currently not holding a device.
• Student Assets: Displays students with the current device(s) assigned to them.
• Devices Not Turned In: Displays all devices that are not turned in.
• Devices Turned In: Displays all devices that have been turned in.
• Asset Counts by Assigned to Location: Displays asset counts by assigned to location.
• Asset Counts by Held by Location: Displays asset counts by held by location.
• Assets Bin Assignments: Displays assets and their assigned bins/locations.
